Ankle surgery

I had a Brostrom repair on my left ankle in 2/08. Ever since the surgery I've had pain on both sides of the ankle. I went to physical therapy for a while but had to stop for insurance. I didn't find that it really helped with the pain but don't really know because I had to stop soon. Anyway in June 2008 I was walking without a brace and twisted it pretty good again. Enough that I ended up in the Emergency Room that night. I'm wondering if this is pain even before the sprain is normal. I've talked to my doctor and he doesn't seem to think there is anything wrong. I've even felt quite a bit of pain in both my knees which I've also had surgery on. He wants me to go see a Pain Management doctor. Now I don't have a problem going to see a PM doctor but I feel like I'm being blown off. I've been going to this doctor for about ten years and I've been comfortable with him in the past. I'm only 28 years old and I'm tired of my legs constantly hurting.

Quag Heel cushions for heel spurs and plantar fasciitis. When your first steps getting out of bed in the mornings cause pain in your heel, you may have plantar fasciitis.
