I just started a daily walking routine. I walk 2-3 miles a day. I am not overweight and walked a couple of times a week before. I am puzzled by this pain. It starts at the base of my toes on the TOP of my foot and goes back up toward my ankle but doesnt reach as far as the ankle. Anyone know what this kind of injury is called or what I might do to help it, other than stop walking?!
