Paronychial infection

What can I do about it without a physician's treatment? I have been to the one podiatrist near me and he was of no help. It's going on 6 months, red and swollen proximal to the nail, and is (today) bleeding a little. I have tried soaking in vinegar, epsom salts, and peroxide. I don't know what to do at this point. Any help is greatly welcomed.

Quag Heel cushions for heel spurs and plantar fasciitis. When your first steps getting out of bed in the mornings cause pain in your heel, you may have plantar fasciitis.
