Re: painless lump on ball of foot

Hi Jen,

I have this too. It just developed this summer. I asked my pedicurist what she thought of it and she said it could be a callous that developed from constant flip-flop wear. She did not know it, but I wear them all summer. I thought the callous seemed more on the bootom of my foot than in between the toes, but when I checked, it seems like she might be right. If you wear flip-flops a lot too, I think this theory has been proven.
